Routine health inspection conducted. Coolers at 4 degrees C or less, with exception of one cooler (open sandwich cooler) being serviced at time of inspection. Cooler under service contains non-potentially hazardous / shelf-stable beverages only. No sandwiches or similar food items on site at this time. Freezers at -15 to -25 degrees C. Food/beverage protected from potential contamination at time of inspection. Proper stock rotation practices appear to be in use. Temperature and sanitation logs maintained daily. Reviewed cleaning and sanitizing procedures for food contact surfaces (e.g. coffee urns). Urn and brewer cleaner and chlorine-based sanitizing powder on site. Hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels in place for hand washing. General sanitation good. No signs of pest activity. Manager/owner to contact the Environmental Health Officer (EHO) once above-noted cooler is repaired.
