Overall sanitation is satisfactory; small attention required in the dry storage area where some food products are spilled
Hand washing stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towel
Hot and cold running water available at all sinks
QUAT sanitizer in buckets with wiping cloth in them; detected 200 ppm of QUAT
High temperature dishwasher in good working order; detected 75.3 C at plate level after final rinse cycle
All coolers at 4 C or lower; all freezers at -18 C or lower; hot holding units were all turned off at the time of inspection
Temperature logs are updated daily
No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection
*Under counter cooler at the front service station 'Resident's Only' cooler at 16~17 C. No food was being stored in the cooler at the time of inspection. Staff informed that it is not being use anymore. Ensure to have a proper sign saying that it is not in use as a cooler or remove the equipment.
