Comments

-Walk-in coolers were at 4C and 5C (cooler technician will be on-site tomorrow for downstairs cooler and will also service this cooler unit).
-Walk-in freezer was at -13C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 74C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles properly labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser tested at 200ppm.
-Deli slicer hand minor amounts of debris on the arm - ensure staff properly clean and sanitize the arm after each use.
-Foods properly covered and stored off the floor.
-Canned items in the dry storage room were in good condition.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator. A few droppings were found by the booster. Clean and sanitize area and monitor for new pest activity.
-FoodSafe Level 1 certificates without expiry dates expire on July 29, 2018. In order to meet the FoodSafe requirement, certificate be valid / not expired.
