Follow up inspection:
-One drain plug was available to fill up the second compartment of the 2-compartment sink with chlorine sanitizer.
-Cardboard boxes were removed from the lower surface of the tables.
-Extra pizza trays and lids were stored in clean washable containers and inside the unplugged second prep. cooler that is not used for food storage.
-Probe thermometer was available on-site.
-Shatterproof light cover was re-secured in place near the 2-compartment sink.
-No hot-holding was occurring at the time of the follow up inspection.

The following still requires correction:
1. Install the ceiling tile where it is currently missing above the side of the 2-compartment sink. Operator had ceiling panels on-site and stated that they would do this week.
2. Obtain a second adequately sized drain plug for the first compartment sink.
