Routine Inspection for both outside and inside kitchens. Outside kitchen area: -Stove hooked up to natural gas. Refer to fire department. -Ventilation: area is open to outside. -Cooking areas are all covered with roof overhang or camper trailer. -Hand wash sink fully supplied -Dishwasher >71C final rinse (73.5C) -Stainless steel counters for prep upgraded, thank you -Fly light is available and on during the inspection. Keep up monitoring and ensure that this is effective throughout the summer, install additional if there are more flies -Simple food prep: e.g. boiling pasta, breakfast -Boiling water uses well water -Drinking water is bottled and brought in from 3rd party company -Fridges <4C -No signs of crawling pests at the time of inspection. -Warming unit outside in camp: natural gas connection.
