-Follow-up inspection to May 24, 2019. -Prep cooler has been repaired and is now in good condition. Space between the top work area and bottom storage area is no longer leaking cold air. Conditions of the Public Health Act Correction Order issued on May 24, 2019 has been meet. Order has been rescinded. -Facility is carrying out renovations to the facility at night time. No structural changes to facility - changing flooring, ceiling tiles, and light fixtures. Office area has been removed to make more work space. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
