Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Did not detect any sanitizer at cookline. Staff said they made the solution at the start of the day.
Corrective Action(s): Reviewed how to make the proper dilution at time of inspection (1 capful per container used to store sanitizer solution ie. approx 5ml of bleach per liter of water). Obtain test strips for staff to verify sanitizer concentration.

Comments

Follow up inspection conducted to verify outstanding items from previous routine inspection (inspection report ABAI-BG3SJE) have been corrected.
- No reusable wiping cloths were stored in any foods at time of inspection. All food appeared protected.
- Racks in upright sliding two door cooler unit have been cleaned.
- Hand wash station was equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
