CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Staff directed by EHO to reheat soup to 74 and place into hot holding unit (60 degrees Celsius)

Corrective Action(s): Ensure food is heated properly to 74 degrees and hot holding unit is heated all the way to 60 degrees prior to placing heated food into hot holding unit.
Teach staff to use thermometers to measure temperatures.
