This cooler must be at 4c (40F) at all times. Repair cooler immediately.

Routine inspection.
Handwashing station is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
3 compartment sink is equipped with quat sanitizer for sanitizing purposes.
Quat sanitizer in spray bottle for all food contact surfaces found at 200ppm concentration.
Walkin cooler at 4c. Deli cooler at 3c.
Freezers at -18c or below.
All equipped with thermometers.
All hot holding at >60c.
All foods located off the floor.
Employee observed to wash hands during inspection.
Employee onsite has foodsafe certification.
Beverage machines noted to be in sanitary condition.
Coolers are in sanitary condition.
No pest activity noted during inspection. Pest control is in place and being done on monthly basis.

1. see above noted violation
2. Ensure daily cleaning of all hard to reach areas under shelves thoroughout facility. Additionally, ensure you are cleaning and sanitizing all tables/chairs for customer use.
