- All staff are FoodSafe-trained
- Good in-house inspection and monitoring in place (temperature log is kept up to date)
- General sanitation is good
- No pest activity observed at the time of inspection
- All handsinks are equipped properly
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer buckets present at multiple locations
- Storage of foods prevents cross-contamination
- Temperatures of all refrigeration units were adequate (<4C for coolers and <-18C for freezers)
- High temp dishwasher achieved >71C at plate's surface
- Foods are labelled and First In First Out practice is implemented

Dispensary units on each floor:
- Temperatures of the fridge and dishwasher were adequate
- Utensils are only used within the residents of the same floor; not used in the commercial kitchen
