Follow-up Inspection conducted for report #JCHY-CESUXY. The following violations in report#JCHY-CESUXY have been corrected: -QUATs sanitizer spray measured at 200ppm available at re-packaging department, meat department, and store front area. -Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan submitted for re-packaging and meat department. Plans satisfactory. -Detergent dispenser in the re-packaging area serviced. -Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. -Labels for frozen meat and re-packaged dry goods observed with packaging date, name of product, manufacturer name and location. -Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels in the re-packaging area and meat department. Handsink in the re-packaging area is observed to be secured. -Hot-holding unit at the front and knivies and pans in the meat department not related to normal operations have been removed. Correction Order rescinded from report #JCHY-CESUXY.
