- Follow-up inspection.
- Deep cleaning in hard-to-reach areas, behind/under equipment, and walls surrounding food preparation areas has been completed. *Ensure deep-cleaning is done at least once a week.
- No improper thawing noted at time of inspection.
- Bleach sanitizing solution was available at 200 ppm (chlorine residual) in designated bucket with wiping cloth.
- No opened tin cans were being stored in coolers.
- All food items in coolers were stored properly covered.
- Back door was closed at time of inspection.
