Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front hand wash station lacked papertowel and back kitchen hand wash station lacked soap and papertowl at time of inspection but have since been filled.
Corrective Action(s): Keep a continuous stock of liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water at all hand wash stations at all times.
