Observation: 1)Tubs of dry goods observed to have rodent droppings that have fallen inside top crack. Droppings may have fallen into food as well.
2) Plastic wrap container had rodent dropping on top surface. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - item discarded
Container lids storing food items had rodent droppings on lids. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - items discarded.

Observation: Multiple Violations Observed:
1) Knives stored in unsanitary location down beside meat butcher block. Food residue observed
2) Rice paddle observed upon arrival of EHO to be stored in water lacking ice - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION
3) Rodent droppings found in the following food storage or food preparation or food contact surface:
- On lids of containers storing food items
- On bags of flour, rice, corn starch
- On tubs intended for food preparation/storage and put away as "clean"
- On top surfaces of cans in dry storage areas downstairs

Correction: 1) Knives should not be stored in unsanitary condition. Obtain additional knife rack or clean current knife rack in this area
2) Rice paddles intended for use throughout the day should be stored in ice bath to prevent pathogenic growth
3) Discard any item contaminated by rodent droppings. Clean and sanitize those area with 200ppm Chlorine or equivalent that can be properly sanitized such as canned food items. Run all container intended for food production through the dishwasher again.

- Pest Technician to inspect facility. Determine entry points. Seal entry points. Determine nesting sites. Lay additional traps
- Meeting required between facility owners and Fraser Health Authority. EHO to contact facility owners after Pest Technician has inspected site to arrange a meeting to discuss future operation of facility.
