A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -20C or colder; thermometers present; and temperatures recoded daily.
- No expired foods for sale.
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves or pallets.
- General sanitation level and organization is good.
- No signs of pests.
- It is believed the high temperature dishwasher and 2-comp sink (found in the back area), for the bulk food section, has been removed. A 3-comp sink and hand sink was installed in the newly made "Back Produce Processing Area" instead. This will be confirmed by reviewing the floor plans at the office. At this time, there is no concern with the changes. However, any renovations or changes to equipment (removal or addition) requires to obtain Health Approval PRIOR to doing such changes.

- The floor is smooth, level, sealed, and cleanable. The repairs made meet health standards.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels and running hot and cold water.
- 3-compartment sink was in good working order.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottle was 200ppm.
