Comments

- Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quat sanitizer available at 200 ppm from dispensing units and in several spray bottles in each department/area
- Dishwasher for bulk area reached 79C at plate surface level during final rinse cycle
- Food storage practices satisfactory, all food stored off the floor, bulk items stored in pest proof bins
- Bulk food area of store maintained in sanitary condition, scoops were properly stored
- Fruit cutting room satisfactory
- Ice machine in back was maintained in sanitary condition
- All coolers were at or below 4C
- All freezers were at or below -18C
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
