Observation: Food and debris collecting in the following locations: interior and exterior corners around back door entrance and corners / under equipment in main kitchen area.
2nd floor dry storage room - mouse droppings observed scattered on floor along wall perimeter of storage room and shredded pieces of insulation around hot water tank.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.
Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine) after cleaning.

Note: Discussed complaint with manager regarding a party of 2 customers purchased and shared a filet of fish and fish and chips approximately 10:00 pm June 18th, 2019. Both individuals experienced stomach pain and diarrhea 2-3 hours later and throughout the evening. No foodhandlers missed work in last 2 weeks due to illness. Fish and chip menu promotion discontinued at this location as of July 1, 2019. Manager not aware any related complaints received.
