Comments

Freezer temperatures were between -10 degrees C to -18 degrees C. These should be -18 degrees C or less. The store manager mentioned that they try not to overstock the freezers. Display cooler were 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or less. No signs of recent pest activity was observed. A pest control program was in place via Abell. Eggs and kimchi were from an approved supplier.
