2 door undercounter cooler (Diamond, nearest dishwasher): 3.8°C
2 door undercounter cooler (Diamond, nearest ice machine): 4.4°C
Upright cooler (Russel): 0.8°C
1 door upright freezer (Frigidaire): -20.2°C

Sanitation:
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels, and garbage receptacle.
High temperature mechanical dishwasher available; measured 72.1°C at time of inspection
2 compartment sink available for manual warewashing
Bleach available, but sanitizer not mixed as facility was not in operation. Instructions on how to properly mix sanitizer solution posted above sinks.
Test strips available to test strength of sanitizer.

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

General:
No pest activity observed at time of inspection.
Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition.
Valid permit to operator displayed.
