-Follow-up inspection to Oct. 17, 2016.
-Prep cooler (left side) was serviced and was at 4°C (refrigeration gas added).
-Foods were found to be stored in food grade materials at the time of inspection (no garbage bags).
-Raw meats were found stored below ready-to-eat foods at the time of inspection.
-To cool hot potentially hazardous food (fried items) place foods in single layers. Foods are to be cooled from 60°C to 20°C in 2 hours or less and from 20°C to 4°C in 47 hours or less to prevent the growth of pathogens and or the formation of toxins.
-Requirements of the conditional Health Approval granted Oct 17, 2016 have been met.
