Observation: Observation: Multiple areas in kitchen showed a build up of debris, old food, and/or grease, including:
- fronts of coolers, freezers, dishwasher
- inside of microwave
- inside of all shelving units
- below equipment/counters, especially at the floor - wall interface
- pop dispenser liquid holder
These areas will attract pests and will also pose contamination concerns

All coolers operating at <4C, freezers at <-181C
No hot holding at time of inspection
Permit posted with valid decal
Pest control company attends 1 x /month. No signs of pests observed
Glasswasher had 50ppm chlorine upon final rinse
High temperature dishwasher reached 72.2C at the plate level upon final rinse cycle. *Dishwasher requires 5 cycle-runs to come up to temperature. Ensure that staff do not use dishwasher until it has sufficiently heated up.
