Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating below required temperature of -18'C.
-General food storage practice in coolers/freezers very good. Scoops stored in bulk bins in proper manner.
-200ppm Chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping cloths.
-Equipment and tools maintained in sanitary condition.
-3 compartment sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing.
-Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.

NOTE: Ensure to have the stand up freezer (food debris) and cooler (lentil pudding spill) cleaned.

General sanitation of the facility very good, except mentioned above. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
