General Comments: All coolers are below 4 degC Freezers are below -18 degC Dishwasher rinse temperature is at 73 degC Temperature log's being maintained Hand wash sinks are fully equipped Public washrooms are fully equipped Filters changed in June (2022) Manager on duty has FS Level 1 certification In-use utensils are washed/replaced every 4 hours. A time is used for this purpose. Staff are expected to wash hands every 30 minutes when the timer goes off. 200ppm Quats is being used for sanitizing. Solution is changed as needed throughout the day. ENSURE SOLUTION'S TESTED FREQUENTLY TO ENSURE A STRENGTH OF 200PPM. Abell pest control is on contract. Reports are on-site.
