Introduction
An unscheduled follow-up inspection to Routine Inspection # SWAR-CJQR3R was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care & Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSP).
Contraventions
Previous Inspection -
Contraventions observed on FIR # have been corrected.
Current Inspection -
Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.
Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
At today’s inspection there were 4 children and 2 staff present. Manager arrived mid-point during inspection.
Contraventions from routine inspection have been addressed and no response needed.
The contents of the inspection report were reviewed with the licensee and report was written on-site.
The following was discussed with the manager;
- Mesh netting placed on top of the gate to be securely mounted
The following resources were provided;
- Reportable incident bulletin and forms
- Fraser Health Child Safety Alert
- Licensing Officer's business card
