Met with manager. Provided ware washing signs and discussed Food Safe 1 requirement. Manager and one more person with FS training will alternate to cover different shifts.
Discussed report from the routine inspection on Sept. 26.
A trolley will be provided to store dirty dishes prior to ware washing.
Discussed flooring in the kitchen area. She will talk to the contractor.
