Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): BUSH brand orange red powder used for coloring food noted on dry storage shelves at the time of inspection. Operator to ensure foods used in premises are fit for human consumption and are from approved sources. Containers of coloring discarded on site.

High-temperature dishwasher noted 77.3C (71C minimum requirement) at the plate after final rinse cycle.
2 sets of 2-compartment sinks available for manual warewashing.
Walk-in cooler noted at 4C or below.
Drinks cooler in bar area noted at 4C or below.
Freezers (chest unit, ice cream unit) noted at -18C or below.
Cooler and freezers equipped with working internal thermometers that measure ambient air temperature.
Ice machine noted in sanitary condition. Ice machine at bar area not in use at the time of inspection.
Dough mixer noted in sanitary condition. Unit is cleaned and sanitized at least once every 4 hours and after each use.

Chlorine sanitizer to be prepared at 100ppm during operational hours.
A mild bleach solution can be made using 1/2 teaspoon of 5.25% unscented bleach to 1 liter of water. Solution can be made fresh daily, applied to a cleaned surface, and allowed to air dry.
Food storage satisfactory. Items are stored at least 15 cm off the floors and protected from contamination.
Washrooms equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and air dryers.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
