Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Frozen beef was being thawed in a sink of warm water
- Frozen meat was being thawed in a bucket of water

- Frozen foods must be thawed in either cold running water, or in the cooler
- Staff put meats under cold running water at the time of inspection

Corrective Action(s): All foods must be stored in food grade containers. Discontinue using Rona and Home Depot buckets as they may contain chemicals that could leach out into the food
