Observation: Meat slicers observed to have accumulation of food debris during time of inspection.
Correction: Immediately clean/sanitize meat slicer so that all areas are free of food accumulation. Ensure to follow your sanitation plan with regards to cleaning schedule of meat slicer/dismounting for sanitation.

Code 301 - Meat slicer behind blade cleaned during follow-up inspection. Ensure to clean slicer thoroughly as a part of regular cleaning procedures.
Cod #306 - Sanitation/cleaning improved. Staff stated there are plans to get floor cleaned.
-Walk-in freezer in back area - (-19C).
-Dry Storage in back - ok.
-High temperature dishwasher registers 76C @ utensil surface.
-Temperature records maintained and available for review.
-Food Safe requirements met during inspection.
