[s. 14(2)] Observation: Main walk in cooler not maintaining refrigerated food less than 4 C. Unit measured at 8 C. Correction: Adjust this unit to keep food less than 4 C. Recommend the plastic cold air curtain be fixed such that there are no missing pieces to keep cold air in better. This will be checked on re-inspection date noted on report.
