Cooler has been serviced and is now operating at <4 deg C on both sides. Operator indicated it may have been the previous food items that were blocking the cooler fan from circulating the cold air throughout. Ensure that the cooler fan is unobstructed so that cold air is constantly reaching both ends of the cooler. Thank you.
