Observation: Both 2-door undercounter fridges are too warm:
2-door bar is 9.5 deg C
2-door kitchen is 9.8 deg C

NOTE: both thermostat dials were set at the lowest setting (1 of 7) -operator changed to the medium setting (5 of 7). Check in an hour if temperatures are below 4 deg C

Observation: Items are being stored onsite for another business in the back kitchen (camera packaging)
Corrective Action(s): Remove all goods not related to the business particularly in the kitchen and bar areas. Operator may use one of the karaoke rooms for storage of this equipment (no karaoke there)
