The following items have been observed: -->No double stacking observed in top compartment prep cooler. -->No hot broth observed in walk-in cooler. -->"Home Depot" buckets have been removed from facility. -->Foods are mostly stored above ground - ensure buckets in walk-in cooler is stored above ground. -->Pest control company is still coming twice a month. Last visit was earlier this morning. -->No rodent droppings observed in facility. -->Prep. cooler is measured at 2.8oC. -->Areas requiring cleaning are now in sanitary condition. *Continue to work on sanitation and ensure recommendations made by pest control company is followed.
