Observation: 2 issues noted:
-Iodine glasswasher in the bar area measured 0 ppm iodine. Iodine bottle found to be partially solidified inside
-kitchen area handsink does not have an adequate supply of hot water coming from the tap. neighbouring small sink tap does have an adequate supply.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use the glasswasher until it has been repaired.
Service the unit and ensure that it is able to test minimum 12.5 ppm iodine at the glass surface. If you do not have test strips, obtain them from the glasswasher service technician.
Provide an update to the area inspector once machine is repaired.

Repair the handsink's hot water supply. Ensure that all handsinks are stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water

=Drawer style cooler (3C), and upright (2C) measured < 4 degrees C. Prep cooler removed
=Upright freezer bring repaired. Not operational at the time of inspection
=High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 70.9 C at the dish surface (minimum 71 C required for proper sanitizing)
=Low temperature glasswasher measured 0 ppm iodine at the glass surface
=Wiping cloths stored in QUATS sanitizer solution at 200 ppm QUATS and available in spray bottles =General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection
=General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection
=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection.
