Comments

Handsinks were restocked with paper towels during the inspection. Liquid soap was available at all three handsinks with hot and cold running water.
Refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
Food was stored off the floor.
Bulk bins had lids.
Note: Achar (pickled peppers, carrots, and mango) was observed inside white containers with lids and wooden spatulas. Supplier was Manisha Sweets & Restaurant (LTD.) at 27100 Fraser Hwy Aldergrove based on the invoices provided. Photographs were taken.
Recommended: Store the pallets in the dry storage room away from the walls to leave a gap for cleaning and monitoring of any potential pest activity.
