General sanitation under and behind heavy equipment in the grill line and dishwashing area is very good at this time. keep up the good work.
* General cleaning required inside the stand up compartment freezers to remove stuck in cardboard and food debris.
Bar area satisfactory
All hand washing stations are fully stocked.
* At the staff washroom handsink, the paper towels dispenser and soap dispenser are completely hidden under staff uniforms hung above. Do not block easy access to the dispensers. Also, washroom is not a sanitary location to store uniforms. Please provide an alternate area for storage.
* The walk in cooler door seal is held together by duct tape and some metal edges are in poor condition - consider replacing the sealing in the near future to create smooth easy to clean surfaces.
