Observation: -A live mouse observed under dishpit area

Mouse droppings found in multiple areas:
-hot water tank area
-electrical room
-next to ice machine
-dry storage bottom shelves
-under dishpit room
-public washroom storage room

Pest entry points observed:
-holes under dishpit wall area
-a large hole in the bottom corner shelf of the dry storage room

Corrective Action(s): Clean and disinfect (a 1/10 bleach solution is adequate) the noted areas immediately
Check and monitor for mouse droppings each morning for additional cleaning and disinfecting

Clog all pest entry points (steel wool for example should be adequate)

ALL goods in the dry storage room are to be stripped down and inspected for mouse activity -throw out any foods that are contaminated (look for droppings, gnawings), Any foods not contaminated are to be wiped down with a dilute bleach solution (1/10). All lightly packaged foods such as paper, nylon or soft plastic are to be placed in rodent proof containers and shut tight for the interim until the infestation is eliminated. Any new droppings observed -the foods will again need to be inspected

Storage room for public washrooms will need to be organized -keep goods off the floor (more shelves) to facilitate monitoring and cleaning
