Comments

-There's only 1 cooler left. The operator has removed the back cooler and the small one in the front is not working. Operator has relocated the chest freezer from the back to where the side door entrance is. Operator has also removed the hot holding case in the front. Hot dogs have been removed from the menu as well.
-As discussed, you are not permitted to cook/fry any meats/seafood i.e. no grease laden vapors permitted.
-Your Foodsafe certificate will expire in August 2018. Make sure you get recertified before then.
-Front cooler is at 1 degC; Chest freezer is at -20 degC.
-Dishwasher rinse is 71 degC.
