Routine inspection was conducted. Operational usually on Fridays and Saturdays. Handsink was equipped with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel. Cooler and freezers were at 4C or below and -18C or below, respectively. Bleach sanitizer is being used at 100ppm. 2 compartment sink was available. *Please consul with environmental health officer for new menu items.
