-Bleach sanitizer >100ppm chlorine residual -towels in bucket when not actively used
-No hot held BBQ Pork at time of inspection -operator to always have cover securely on to better retain heat
-No perishables stored at room temperature at time of inspection
-No pooling and storage of raw eggs observed
