Corrective Action(s): Remove container of rice from the hand washing sink. This sink is only for hand washing. Ensure that it is accessible and free of any obstructions at all times. Date to be completed by: Immediately

Observation: Splash guard is missing between the hand washing station and prep sink. The two sinks are next to each other and contamination of food can occur without a splash guard.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two Lysol spray bottles were stored next to food items on the wire shelving in the dry storage area.

-Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
-200 ppm Quat sanitizer available in buckets with wiping cloths
-Washrooms provided to customers are clean and equipped with proper hand washing stations
-No signs of pests observed during inspection
