A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Cooler 2C; freezers -24C; thermometers present; temperatures monitored daily by staff but not recorded.. If power goes out, generators start up. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. Facility has a monthly contract with a pest control company to monitor for pests. - Minimal to no food storage on site as all items received and shipped out same day. - All in order.
