Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): During time of inspection, double stacking observed for 5 gallon buckets of chopped vegetables
Corrective Action(s): Operator corrected during time of inspection, and chef was also notified
Ensure that double stacking does not occur for food products unless a clean food grade barrier (for example: lid, saran/ plastic wrap) is used between products

Follow up inspection conducted to MTRG-APVTTY.
The following violations have been corrected since last inspection.
- Handwashing station unobstructed, adequately equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- Prep cooler #2 holding sauces now cold holding foods at 5C-7C , ensure to continually monitor and ensure that temperature is can be consistently maintained at 4C
- Rodent droppings located in dry goods storage room have been removed
- Pest Control Operator has been employed, initial service has been provided and invoice shown to Environmental Health Officer, mechanical traps in place
- Moderate spillage accumulation located throughout wall and contact surfaces has been cleaned and facility has been maintained since last inspection
- Food grade containers used for food products during time of inspection
