Follow-up inspection completed for report# KLAI-D33UEB Areas noted with mouse droppings have been cleaned. Some still noted below shelves in hard to reach areas however improvements are noted. Please continue to sweep, clean and sanitize on an ongoing basis to help with the pest issue if it still exists at the facility. Cover for hole noted in the women's washroom has been replaced. Operator must install the cover properly to eliminate this as a potential harbourage site for pests. The shelves in the front reach-in cooler noted sanitary. Floor in the walk-in cooler noted sanitary. Organic buildup and food soil still noted on the shelves in the walk-in cooler - please clean and sanitize. Any outstanding violations noted above will be evaluated during the next routine inspection.
