Observation: Live cockroaches in various life cycles found around the dishwasher. Pest control is coming on site and placing bait, report reviewed.
Corrective Action(s): Additional things must be done to correct this issue, including:
-Taking out the dishwasher and cleaning behind it.
-Checking for any leaks behind the dishwasher.
-Coordinating with pest control to place bait behind the dishwasher.
Follow up in one month for these items.

-Ensure that food is kept in pest proof containers and that the kitchen is cleaned daily to remove any food debris.
All coolers were < 4 C.
Freezers were < -18 C.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 74 C at the plate level.
