Follow up inspection performed for routine inspection MKIM-CKBTUM and the following observations were made:
- Cold potentially hazardous food were observed to be stored/displayed above 4C
- Staff observed to be practicing proper hand washing methods
- Food observed to be kept off floor level
- Raw proteins observe to be placed on bottom shelf
- Food observed to be prepped on food prep area only
- No sign of pests
- Back door closed at the time of inspection
- Walk in cooler observed to be at 3C, temperature log maintained 4 times a day.
- Staff onsite foodsafe level 1 certified
