Observation:
- Two staff present does not hold Foodsafe level 1 certificate or equivalent. Staff who has foodsafe is currently out for grocery shopping as per the staff.
Corrective Action(s):
- Ensure at least one staff on site hold Foodsafe level 1 or equivalent. If this violation is observed again in the future, staff will be asked to sign up for foodsafe class.
