Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher observed to be dispensing 0ppm chlorine in final rinse. Once old sanitizer container was replaced with a new container and dishwasher primed, final rinse of approx 100ppm chlorine detected.
Corrective Action(s): Rewash/sanitize all utensils/tray inserts as discussed.
