Observation: Noted a number of flies in the hallway beside the bar. Ongoing issue.
Corrective Action(s): The facility has a monthly pest control service provided by Ecolab.
Noted 3 countertop traps and 1 ceiling trap.
Remove flies from the area immediately.

Observation: 1. Noted wet and dirty hard to reach areas in the bar: under and behind the glass washer, beside the bar sink, walls and ceiling in the hallway/washroom
2. Back receiving door was kept open during delivery (over 15 min).
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean the above hard to reach areas daily at the of each day. Scrub down grimes and build ups and sanitize with QUAT sanitizer.
2. Install a durable screen door at the receiving door. the door must be always closed. Given 1 month to install.
