200 pp quats sanitizer dispenser measured 200 ppm quats
**Buckets on kitchen line and serving staff area measured less than 200 ppm - ensure that when staff are filling buckets that they let the sanitizer dispenser run for 10-15 seconds (air is getting trapped in the sanitizer concentrate line and is not dispensing proper sanitizer concentration at first)
**Ensure that wiping cloths are being stored in sani-buckets while not in use, not on the cutting boards.
