Dishwash sink repaired. Door to prep cooler repaired. Prep cooler lids repaired. Prep cooler #1 still not working and is used to house non-potentially hazardous food condiments. Ensure ice bath surrounds inserts to keep Potentially Hazarddous Foods less than 4C. Repair to this unit to be completed within week.
